Synopsis
Locus Clinician is an efficient, mobile-based hospital patient monitoring for the digital age.
Our goal was to create a solution that would allow doctors to quickly check-in and monitor their existing patients through a streamlined native iOS mobile application that works seamlessly with a hospital's existing systems and database.
High-risk patients are pushed to the top of the list, accompanied with high priority iconography and typography to let medical professionals know who needs urgent care. If the patient continues to deterriorate, an up-to-the-second push notification is sent to the entire medical team.
If additional information is needed, each patient's file can be seamlessly expanded to display every facet of available data on their file. This information can be distilled and displayed as dynamic, color-coded charts, photographs related to notes on their file, and videos.
